Building an Ecosystem of Future-Focused Talent

Administered by the Governor’s Office of Economic Development, WINN helps local businesses find the skills they need through the creation of training programs or the activation of an existing one. Using WINN’s resources, employers can apply to customize training programs based on their exact specifications and requirements needed in an employee. Partnering with the GOED, the Nevada System of Higher Education, the Governor’s Office of Workforce Innovations, the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation, and the Nevada Department of Education, the force and power behind WINN is truly changing the name of the job-seeking and employment game in Nevada. Since the beginning of 2021, WINN has strategically invested more than $8 million into the certification of individuals for high-skilled, high wage jobs in advanced manufacturing, and the program continues to grow and succeed.
