The Microbusiness Park is funded by $15 million from Clark County.

Clark County, Nevada is the primary funder and visionary behind the Lake Mead Microbusiness Park, committed to inclusive economic development in the Historic West Side.

University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV)
will serve as the business support partner, providing leadership and entrepreneurial support services to tenants and the broader community.

Who are the current partners?

• Existing partners include UNLV, Nevada Partners, the Small Business Administration (SBA), the Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED), Nevada Grow, Office of Small Business Advocacy (OSBA), Startup Nevada, the Urban Chamber of Commerce, and SCORE. Each plays a role in programming, mentorship, outreach, or resource delivery.

• Sponsorship opportunities range from funding specific programs (like sales trainings) to donating technology, furniture, or equipment. Sponsors may also support incubator cohorts or community events.
