The Clark County Redevelopment Agency is proposing an amendment to Clark County’s existing redevelopment plan originally adopted by the Clark County Board of County Commissioners on December 16, 2003. The proposed amendment would add four additional redevelopment areas to the existing redevelopment plan.
The general locations for the four proposed new areas are South Maryland Pkwy and East Flamingo Road, South Decatur Boulevard and West Desert Inn Road, South Rainbow Boulevard and Spring Mountain Road, and Boulder Highway and Stephanie Street.
The Clark County Redevelopment Agency will hold a public hearing on the proposed amendment.
