Clark County, Nevada, is seeking qualified partners to develop a comprehensive Placemaking, Branding, and Wayfinding Plan that will guide the future of the Chinatown Overlay District and Koreatown in unincorporated Clark County. This project will establish Title 30 overlay regulations, create a unified brand identity that reflects the district’s multicultural character, and deliver wayfinding, public-safety signage, and transit-amenity concepts that celebrate the area’s Asian heritage while improving comfort, safety, and legibility. Proposals are due May 13, 2026.
